Training follows the “Skills for Care” requirements and our Carers are trained to promote independence, recognise Service Users' choice, respect privacy and dignity and keep information confidential.

Our staff turnover is very low, and we have been extremely fortunate to have the calibre of staff that we have. They come with a wide range of skills which are invaluable to both our business and the people we serve be that our Service Users, the local councils or our NHS colleagues.
