We provide Supported Living services that help individuals with disabilities, mental health conditions, or other support needs live as independently as possible in their own homes or communities.
Key features of our supported living services are:
1. Independent Housing:
Individuals often live in their own homes or shared housing, with the level of support tailored to their requirements.
Housing may be owned, rented, or provided by a support organisation.
2. Personalised Support:
Services are tailored to each individual's goals, needs, and preferences.
Support can include help with daily activities like cooking, cleaning, managing finances, or personal care.
3. Community Integration:
Focuses on helping individuals participate in the community, access employment, education, or recreational activities.
Encourages building social networks and connections.
Reduces isolation and loneliness.

We respond to adaptations alongside recommendations from healthcare professionals for the individual.

We match the individual to the property, location and environment ensuring that they will be able to live with the other Service Users, and they are supported by a skill matched team.
We believe that everyone, regardless of disability, has the same rights and responsibilities and should be able to:
Live in suitable accommodation that is well managed and maintained
Be supported by a trained staff team
Be supported to live their lives well, including choosing their own relationships
Be given information and advice to be integrated with the community as they want to
Be healthy and safe
Be able to ask for help to make changes to their lives
Supported living means different things to different people.
Our aim is to embed independent living skills, to allow the person to make the move from supported living to independent living when it is safe and suitable for them to take this next step.
For some, it may be a few hours support a week in their home environment, for others, around the clock support may be needed.
It allows for choice and control and a significant degree of independence and self-reliance, helping to build life skills and self-esteem whilst allowing access to the care they need whilst they need it.
